SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the amount paid on the product will be refunded within 10 days.
Non-defective products can be returned within 7 days after the delivery has been completed, in their original condition and with the returns form properly filled out. The amount of the order will be refunded less the shipping cost. The shipping costs will not be applicable in the event that an incorrect item has been shipped. (for Colombia see below)
In order to make a return, the customer must assume the costs of returning the product. In the event that the return is due to a damaged product or the delivery of a wrong product, our Customer Service must be contacted immediately.

Refunds can be requested by your customer in up to 5 days under the following circumstances:
- Product not received after 5 days passed from the estimated delivery time

- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction – after 5 days of the charge notification
